D2L CEO and Founder, John Baker, and President, Stephen Laster, are also scheduled to speak at the Summit, exploring the future of online learning and the role of artificial intelligence in building better learning experiences.

“I’m honored to be recognized as one of ASU+GSV’s Leading Women in AI and grateful for the opportunity to help shape the future of AI through research and dialogue,” said Dr. Cristi Ford, who regularly explores how AI can help transform learning on the flagship D2L Teach and Learn podcast. “It’s truly inspiring to be celebrated alongside so many brilliant women who are helping drive AI innovation forward.”

On April 9th, alongside thought leaders, Dr. Cristi Ford is set to explore A Whole Human Approach: Prioritizing Well-Being from Elementary to Higher Education, focusing on best practices to help integrate well-being into the center of learning experiences.

On April 8th, John Baker, CEO and Founder of D2L, and Stephen Laster, President of D2L, are scheduled to share insights on the future of education at the Summit. John Baker and a panel of experts are planning to explore the Future of Online Learning, discussing how to help create more engaging, accessible, and personalized digital learning experiences that can make a lasting impact and further enhance the human learning experience. Stephen Laster is set to join thought leaders as they discuss Reimagining Content Creation and Delivery in the Age of AI, uncovering how AI has the potential to redefine the way we think about and deliver more personalized and human-centric educational content.

Our AI-enabled learning platform is helping transform education – supporting faculty to create more engaging learning experiences and better assessments, while helping save time – and I’m excited for the opportunity to dive deeper into the opportunities and challenges AI can present with thought leaders. The ASU+GSV Summit brings together top thinkers on the future of learning, and I look forward to the discussions with other leaders from around the world.
